1) Competitive Pricing
We are constantly monitoring our prices to ensure we are competitive however we do offer a price match guarantee so if you find the same product cheaper elsewhere we will match (and try to beat!) the price for you.
Whilst many of you do already purchase everything through ID Card Centre (thank you!) we note that some of you buy certain items elsewhere. Did you know we supply everything you need to run your card operation? 2) Technical Knowledge and Support
We’ve been in this industry for many, many years and our technical knowledge demonstrates this. We can talk you through all the products and services you may need, and advise you which ones you don’t!
Likewise if you ever have a technical issue or get stuck give us a call and we’ll do all we can to help you rectify the problem to get you back up and running again as quickly as possible.
3) Product Warranty and Aftercare
All of our printers come with FREE lifetime telephone support so if you’re ever having problems with your printer you can give us a call on 01604 422422 and we’ll talk you through how to get it running again.
Any technical faults or repairs, as long as still in warranty, will be covered by the manufacturer and we’ll support this to ensure you get the printer repaired and returned to you as quickly as possible. This service can even include a loan printer whilst yours is being repaired.
As over 60% of our survey responders have a printer over 5 years old this service is particularly important! These printers are certainly going to be out of warranty but it’s also likely that they do not run as efficiently as new printers on the market and you may start having difficulty getting hold of ribbons and parts.
So, it’s a good job we offer a printer trade-in deal, which currently gives you up to £350 off a brand new printer! We take your old printer back and ensure it’s recycled and you get a brand new printer with enhanced technology and print quality to save you time and money. We’d call that a win, win, win win!
4) Free Next Working Day Delivery
You then told us that free next working day delivery is important to you. We already knew this so that’s why all orders placed by 4pm are sent out for UK next working day delivery and if your order is over £100 then delivery is FREE!
