CardExchange™ software is an out-of-the-box software solution for the design, management, encoding and issuance of ID cards and badges. Suitable for businesses and organisations of all sizes from clubs to universities, hospitals and financial institutions.
Capable of storing numerous card designs and connecting to multiple databases, one piece of software can manage all of your ID card requirements.
CardExchange™ is extremely easy to use and has built in step-by-step wizards to guide you through every single process - enabling you to start issuing your own ID cards in a matter of clicks.
You can select from preloaded card designs or create your own. Similarly, you can use the predefined database for your data or you can connect to your own databases including MS SQL and Oracle. To add your data to the card design you simply drag and drop the field into the required position – no manual mapping required!
The WYSIWYG editor gives you full control of your card design – choose fonts and graphics, resize and rotate objects, remove backgrounds from images and even set variable images.
CardExchange™ also allows you to add barcodes and encode magnetic stripes, chips and contactless smart cards including MIFARE® and HID.
Once set up any authorised user simply needs to log on, select the card template, find the employee or student in the database, take and add their photo and print their card.

Easy to use with a built in card design wizard, the four click interface allows you to simply create, click and go! Ideal for small businesses, clubs and organisations requiring no more than 200 records and 5 stored card designs at one time.
The most popular version, Premium allows for unlimited card templates and enables you to connect to external databases with unlimited records.
The Professional edition brings increased database connectivity by supporting SQL and Oracle databases and allowing the storage of photos and images in your database.
For chip and contactless card encoding, including MIFARE® Classic you will need the Business edition.
For MIFARE® DESFire EV1, and SAM AV2 encoding. Also supports Active Directory read/write (LDAP). Available in a local or network (SBS) license.
