Zebra ZC10L Media Kit (400 Prints)


This media kit, designed for the Zebra ZC10L large format card printer, contains a YMCO ribbon and 400 PVC cards to kickstart your full colour printing with ease. With optional upgrades available, you can ensure you're printing to your specific requirements. This media kit for ZC10L printers includes cards, which are specifically sized to work with this printer. Measuring at 140mm (h) x 88mm (w), these cards are ideal for creating large format ID cards where additional information is crucial, and are the perfect solution for the events sector. Create tickets, passes, staff guides, identity documents, info ID, and much more with the full colour YMCO that prints 400 images.

Zebra ZC10L Media Kit Overview


This product is unique to the Zebra ZC10L, with the 400 image ribbon and PVC cards working seamlessly to produce your designs. To ensure full edge-to-edge printing, this printer uses an additional strip of PVC built into the card to feed the card through the printhead, therefore allowing more space for single-sided colour printing. Once the YMCO ribbon has printed your design, the strip of PVC is cut and discarded by the printer with no manual intervention required. 




Large Format Cards


Alongside the standard 400 blank PVC cards available with this media kit, you may choose to upgrade your cards. There are number of options available that are ideal for access control and attaching your cards to lanyards.

Slot Holes


The standard variant of the media kit does not have any slot punches, but you can choose from cards with either one slot hole or two. This allows you to constantly display the card, by attaching it to a lanyard that is worn at all times.

Encoded Cards


Alongside the standard 400 blank PVC cards available with this media kit, you may choose to upgrade your cards. There are number of options available that are ideal for access control and attaching your cards to lanyards.

Please note that encoded cards are not a standard stock item and have a longer lead time than non-encoded cards. YMCO Ribbon


The 400 image colour ribbon in this kit has four panels - three for colour, and one for protective overlays. The Y (yellow), M (magenta), and C (cyan) panels combine to create various hues that make up full colour images, whilst the O (overlay) adds further protection to your cards.

This roll of YMCO ribbon is suitable for printing 400 single sided cards or 200 double sided cards.

Efficient Prints


Alongside the YMCO ribbon included, you can also use a single colour black ribbon to apply pure black elements, such as text, barcodes, and line art. This is a cost effective method of printing monochrome black designs, and is compatible with use alongside the YMCO ribbon. Simply switch out your colour ribbon for the black one and print the elements you require.

Clean As You Go


We recommend regularly maintaining your ZC10L for best performance. Cleaning cycles should be run at the end of every ribbon, or if you are switching between YMCO and black ribbons. Maintenance kits, specifically designed to extend the lifespan of your printer and ensuring usage of Zebra ribbons is optimised, are available for this printer.

Attach And Display


If you have hole punched cards, you can easily attach and display your designs with lanyards. If your cards only have one slot, we recommend using 20mm lanyards for comfort. If your cards have two slot holes, invest in lanyards with two clips for the best results.
