Epson C4000e Colour Label Printer

If you're looking for a label printer that can do it all, the Epson Colourworks C4000e is ideal. Designed to produce full colour labels, its four colour print output offers vibrant, highly detailed labels on a range of different materials. This label printer offers better results than a standard thermal printer, with four colour inks to help you create high-resolution designs.

The Epson CW-C4000e printer is highly intuitive, and you can print onto various different media types. With an inner cartridge designed for installing label paper rolls and a rear feed ideal for fanfold labels, you can use die-cut labels or continuous labels. The built-in autocutter slices the label wherever you require, allowing for specific media requirements.

The C4000e comes with either a matte black cartridge or as a gloss black ink model. This cannot be changed after initial installation.

This printer is easy to integrate and connect into existing systems, with USB connectivity allowing you to directly print from a laptop or computer straight out of the box. It's compatible with Windows, Linux and Mac, as well as Android and iOS, so you can seamlessly print using any device.

With a small footprint, the Epson C4000 is ideal for transporting, allowing you to produce impactful labels wherever you need.

Compatible Ink for C4000e Colour Label Printer


The Epson C4000 printer uses four individual pigment ink cartridges that produce high-quality sharp black text and rich images in full colour. The quick drying technology means that you don't need to worry about smudges, and you can print onto a range of media.

This printer takes either a gloss or matte black ink cartridge at point of installation. Please note that this cannot be changed after the initial cartridge has been used.
