Our service is calculated from when we receive your print ready artwork or artwork sign off. Cut off for providing artwork is 12pm GMT. If we receive your artwork sign off after 12pm your job is rolled over to the next working day/3 days depending on the service you’ve selected. For example :
- Express Service : Artwork sign off received 11am Monday – cards shipped Tuesday latest. 1pm Monday - cards shipped Wednesday latest.
- Standard Service : Artwork sign off received 11am Monday – cards shipped Friday latest. 1pm Monday - cards shipped following Monday latest.
NB. Weekends and bank holidays are not classed as working days.
Choose from one of our ready to go card designs.
You can make basic changes to any of these templates including, changing colours, adding your own logo, photos and text. It is not possible to alter the design features of these templates.
You will receive an artwork proof for you to sign off before we go ahead with the print so you can be 100% sure that you are happy with the design and layout.
If required, we can also hold your design on file for any future orders.












For complete ease and peace of mind, we recommend using our artwork and database set up service.
We will create your artwork to your specification, including merging in any data required such as names and photos.
You will receive an artwork proof for you to sign off and we allow up to 5 design changes to ensure you are 100% happy with the design before we print.
If required, we can also hold your design on file for any future orders.
Please note that if you are providing your own artwork:
- We will print your artwork as supplied so please ensure you've read our artwork guidelines and pay attention to required bleed areas. You can purchase a photo proof to check your artwork before printing.
- If you have multiple cards or different designs to print, please provide a separate artwork file for each card.

- If you are unsure about how to upload your artwork or data correctly, a member of the team will be in touch once your order has been placed to advise you, depending on your selections, what is required and how is best to send it.
