Flight and Carry Cases

If you need to store or transport your printer, it’s worth investing in a case for it.  Not only does it make it easier to transport, enabling you to keep all components together, but it also offers protection from damage.  We can provide custom flight cases designed to accommodate a printer of your choice and enough room for as many spare ribbons and cards as you would like.  This is perfect for taking printers on events or overseas as you can check them into the hold, be safe knowing they are well protected and keep everything together in one place.

ID Printer Cleaning Kits

To ensure your printer remains in optimum condition and to keep your warranty validated, you must regularly clean it!  Depending on the type of printer, there are different cleaning options available, from cards and swabs to rollers. 

ID Printer Extras

This section contains all extras and upgrades available for all of the printers that we stock – for example, upgrade modules for double-sided printing, encoders for magnetic strips and smart cards, Ethernet upgrades for network connectivity, and bigger hoppers and reloadable ribbon cassettes.

ID Card Printer Warranty

All new ID card printers come with between 1-3 years warranty, depending on the printer and manufacturer.  However, for extra peace of mind, you may choose to upgrade to on-site cover, meaning a technician will come to your site, typically the next working day, and repair the printer there for you resulting in minimal disruption and downtime.

Printheads

It is technically a spare part but worthy of its own category due to the numerous available options!  An early sign of possible printhead failure is fine white lines across your card where the design or text has not been printed.
