All ExpoBadge labels are made from tear-resistant paper which is extra thick, durable, and specially developed to encourage recycling.
With a perforated line in the horizontal centre of the label, you can print your colour badge design on either side of the crease to create a double sided event pass that showcases your brand identity to visitors.
ExpoBadge is an eco-friendly option for event badging, but to minimise residual waste even further, use glue-free tickets instead. These label badges do not have adhesive or backing paper, and are made from extra thick paper to ensure durability. With an additional inkjet coating, you can be sure the badges have been optimised to produce attractive, full-colour visitor badges and event passes that remain eco-friendly.
Unlike adhesive labels which are detected via GAP separation, non-adhesive labels have black markings that allow registration from the printer. These labels also have optimised perforations for better separation of each badge, reducing the printer's autocutter blade wear and tear.
Please note that adhesive-free badges cannot be printed edge to edge and your design will print with a 1.5mm white border around the edge.
Depending on your requirements, you may need to add slot punches or euro slots. These additions help your attendees display their badges, as they can be displayed with a lanyard, a clip, or a badge reel.
