ExpoBadge Butterfly Event Badge Fanfold Labels (500 Pack)


If you're looking to product tear resistant event badges, the ExpoBadge product range are perfect. Designed for durability, these badges are made from thick label paper with horizontal perforation to allow for folding double-sided prints. Most label options offer adhesive backings, so they firmly stick when they are folded, but 100% adhesive-free options are available for optimum sustainability.

Most ExpoBadge options are ideal for edge to edge full colour printing, simplifying the production process for your events. Create your design for the badge size you require and print it on both sides of the label. Once your badge has been printed, peel it away from the backing paper and stick both adhesive sides of the label together for the perfect sturdy solution.

Choose your number and combination of slot holes for the perfect display solutions, and use a size that's ideal for your design. If you require additional information on your design such as maps or itineraries, we recommend using a larger size. Alongside your design, you can also print onto an ExpoBadge variant that has space for two printed vouchers, offering a competitive advantage for different ticket types.

Tear Resistant Event Labels


All ExpoBadge labels are made from tear-resistant paper which is extra thick, durable, and specially developed to encourage recycling.

With a perforated line in the horizontal centre of the label, you can print your colour badge design on either side of the crease to create a double sided event pass that showcases your brand identity to visitors.




Butterfly Badges Without Glue


ExpoBadge is an eco-friendly option for event badging, but to minimise residual waste even further, use glue-free tickets instead. These label badges do not have adhesive or backing paper, and are made from extra thick paper to ensure durability. With an additional inkjet coating, you can be sure the badges have been optimised to produce attractive, full-colour visitor badges and event passes that remain eco-friendly.

Unlike adhesive labels which are detected via GAP separation, non-adhesive labels have black markings that allow registration from the printer. These labels also have optimised perforations for better separation of each badge, reducing the printer's autocutter blade wear and tear.

Please note that adhesive-free badges cannot be printed edge to edge and your design will print with a 1.5mm white border around the edge. 




ExpoBadge Slot Options


Depending on your requirements, you may need to add slot punches or euro slots. These additions help your attendees display their badges, as they can be displayed with a lanyard, a clip, or a badge reel. 

Choose from no slot holes, a single euro slot, or a euro slot and two additional slots.
