Booking Confirmation


Before a visitor arrives, EntrySign can automatically send a professional confirmation email containing everything they need for their visit. This can include the date and time of their appointment, directions, a map, a QR code for faster sign-in and any additional information you'd like to share in advance.

Self-Service Sign-In


When visitors arrive, they can sign themselves in using the touchscreen kiosk. Depending on your requirements, they may simply enter their name, have their photo taken, provide a signature or enter a code from their confirmation email. The process is quick, intuitive and can be tailored to your organisation's sign-in procedures.

Visitor Pass Issued


Once the sign-in process is complete, EntrySign automatically prints a visitor pass.
