Returns Policy
Returning a Non-Faulty Item
If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund.
Please note the following conditions apply:
- A 20% restocking fee may be applied.
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
- You must contact us before returning the item in order to obtain a Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) form.
- All returns are subject to our Terms and Conditions.
Items can only be refunded or exchanged if they are returned in their original, unused, and resalable condition, including the original packaging and all supplied components such as manuals, discs, cables, and accessories. A copy of the original sales invoice must also be included with the return.
Exchanging a Non-Faulty Item
If you have ordered an incorrect item and wish to exchange it within 30 days of purchase, please contact us to arrange the return.
We will provide you with an RMA form, which must be completed and returned with the goods.
Returned items must be:
- Unused and in resalable condition
- Returned in the original packaging
- Accompanied by the completed RMA form
If the replacement item differs in price, we will either refund the difference or invoice you for the outstanding balance. A 20% restocking fee may apply, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note:
- If the item is found not to be faulty, a 20% restocking fee may apply.
- Items that are incompatible with your system or requirements are not considered faulty and will also be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.If the product is confirmed as faulty, we may request that it be returned either to our offices or directly to the manufacturer for further inspection.

Important Information
Our returns policy does not apply to the following items:
- Special order products
- Pre-printed cards
- Personalised lanyards
- Custom-programmed technology cards
- Software
- Any item specifically ordered on request that is not listed on our website
Please ensure that all returned items are in their original resalable condition, including packaging and all supplied accessories, and that a copy of the original invoice is included.
