About the Healthcare Photo Identification Cards

With these simple ID cards, you can have your photo ID printed along with your name/job title so you can be easily identified by patients or residents. These cards are supplied pre-punched with a slot to the short edge, which allows you to attach a clip, yo-yo or lanyard directly to the card to enable it to be worn.

These Healthcare ID cards are aimed specifically to careworkers due to the nature of their purpose. These cards allow for residents or patients to easily identify their carers and staff members who are with them on a day to day basis.

We would like to keep the design of the cards simple with no logos or any variations so the cards are easy to understand by everyone. For the design and layout of these cards, our template design is laid out with Job name and/or title with the ID photo sitting below this. The photo ID will fit the full width of the card, and the text will sit on the card’s white background. The card design is exactly how it is pictured in our product images so it’s kept as simple as possible. 

To help make sending your order details over to us simple too, we have created a database template where you can upload the names and titles of your staff members. Please download the below template and fill it in with the relevant staff details and then send this through to us along with the photos you would like to use. 

These cards are manufactured using 100% PVC which ensures they are tougher and last longer than a cardboard composite or laminated card.

This product is made of PVC plastic which is not commonly recycled in the UK. It therefore cannot be disposed of in your normal recycling refuse collection.
