The system associates health & safety and procedural documents such as risk assessments, work permits, licences and method statements to each task and allows you to produce reports of contractors at your locations now or historically.
Supplied integrated with Semieta™ Visitor Management Software as standard, authorised personnel can pre-book visiting contractors and produce temporary or regular ID badges which can be visually checked by security staff on site. For added security, contractors may only enter approved areas if you have a barcode and scanner set up – ideal for remote access points.
The user has full control of the contractor database so that if you wish, only those registered on the system and those who have undertaken induction are authorised to enter. Data from multiple access points can be managed and stored at one central location. Attendance records and a roll call/muster report can be easily produced when needed.
