Black Badge Reel with Lanyard Clip Fitting (Pack of 50)

Many organisations already issue lanyards to their staff but still need staff to swipe or present ID badges and access cards at readers throughout the day. A retractable badge reel solves this by sitting on the lanyard itself, so the ID card stays close, extends to the reader when needed, and snaps back automatically. This black badge reel is built for that setup. Offices, schools, hospitals and any other site where staff carry a lanyard and need quick, convenient access to their credential will find it a practical fit.

• Part number: 08-1350
• Pack size: 50 reels (Pack of 25 also available)
• Fitting type: Clip bar, for attaching directly to a lanyard
• Card attachment: Vinyl strap, loops through a slot-punched ID card or card holder
• Colour: Black
• Material: Plastic

The badge reel uses a clip bar fitting that attaches directly to an existing lanyard, so your current neck strap stays in place. The vinyl strap at the other end loops through the slot punch on a bare ID card or through the punch on a badge holder. The retractable cord lets the wearer extend it to swipe, scan or verify identity, then it retracts on its own. The pack of 50 suits teams outfitting a whole department or site in one bulk order.

The vinyl strap is designed for slot-punched cards only. If your badges and access cards are not slot-punched, you will need an ID card holder with a punched aperture between the reel and the card itself, or a reel with a different attachment.

The Evohold Open Faced Landscape ID Card Holders hold a CR80 ID card securely and display it clearly, so they pair well with this reel. They attach directly to lanyards, badge reels and clips. If you are also sourcing the lanyard, our lanyard range offers plain, pre-printed and personalised options with the clip fittings this reel is designed to work alongside.

For sites that need the reel to attach to clothing or a belt loop rather than a lanyard, a strap-fitting badge reel is a better match for your team.

Please note that no lanyards are included with this product.
