CardExchange Upgrade GO v10 to Enterprise (Master) v10 - PEU127N

Please note that this is not an instant download.

This upgrade licence enables you to upgrade from CardExchange Producer Go Edition - Version 10 to SBS Enterprise Edition - Version 10 for a Master Licence.

The CardExchange® Producer SBS Master Licence can run on a local computer or central network server.

A Master Licence for either the Business or Enterprise Edition is required first, and Client Licences can then be added to allow multiple users.  There are no limits on how many Client Licences can be added.

CardExchange® Producer Small Business Server (SBS)

A multi-user network license solution

Keep your data and card designs in a central location that multiple users can access. CardExchange® SBS is ideal for multi-site organisations and businesses such as universities, hospitals and large corporations.

Through customised permissions for each user, you can ensure they have access to the card designs and data they need for their function.  Furthermore, centralised data ensures everyone works on the correct and current version.

With all the features of the single license version, CardExchange® Producer SBS comes in 4 versions that can be purchased individually to create the perfect solution for you.

Start with either the Business or Enterprise Editions and add on the Print Server and Dispatcher modules as required.

Who Needs to Jump From Go to Enterprise?

Go is CardExchange's simplest entry-level edition, and Enterprise sits right at the top. So this particular upgrade tends to suit one specific situation: an organisation that started small, printing straightforward photo ID badges with Go's four-click wizard, and has since taken on a requirement Go was never built for, usually encoding cards for building access, or running card issuance across more than one site.

If your ID cards now need to double as door access credentials (MIFARE Classic, DESFire EV1, or SAM AV2), Enterprise has you covered. This is also the SBS Master Licence, so it's built for multiple users working from shared, centrally managed data, useful if a single school has become part of a multi-site trust, or a business that once issued cards from one office now needs several sites working off the same, current data with permissions set per user.

This is quite the jump in ID Card software and goes beyond adding new design features. You're not just adding encoding; you're also moving from a single-user tool to a full network licensing setup, with Active Directory integration, unlimited database server connections, and Python scripting for automation thrown in as part of the same upgrade. If your actual need is just "we want to encode cards" without the multi-site, multi-user side of things, it's worth checking whether the standalone (non-network) Enterprise upgrade fits better and costs less, rather than paying for network infrastructure you won't use.

Not Sure Go to Enterprise Is the Right Jump?

Skipping straight from Go to Enterprise is the right move for some organisations and overkill for others. It entirely depends on whether you need multi-site network licensing alongside the encoding capability. Get in touch with the team before ordering, and we'll help you work out whether this is the upgrade you need or whether a smaller step gets you there for less.

Due to the software being a downloadable license that cannot be controlled once downloaded, this product is non-refundable.
