Conference Badges with pin and clip - 90mm x 60mm insert size - pack of 50

Conference Badges with Pin and Clip Overview

Every event has delegates who register on the day, and they still need a name badge that looks as tidy as everyone else’s. These clear conference badges come with blank card inserts you can write on with any pen, so a walk-in guest can have a finished badge in seconds without anyone going back to the printer.

• Insert size: 90mm (w) x 60mm (h)
• Orientation: landscape
• Fitting: combined pin and clip
• Pack size: 50 badges, inserts included
• Material: PVC
• Part number: 05-1350

The combined pin and clip fitting gives each delegate a choice of how to wear their badge. The clip suits a lapel or pocket, while the pin goes through fabric where there’s nothing to clip to, such as a jumper or dress. Either way, the name stays visible at chest height for the whole event.

The 90mm x 60mm insert leaves plenty of room for your own conference badge design ideas. Write the name in large lettering with a company or role underneath, use a different pen colour for staff, speakers, sponsors and volunteers, or add an ice breaker line such as “Ask me about…” to get delegates talking in the networking area. A few spares on the welcome desk also cover last-minute speakers and anyone who has lost their original badge.

For events where everyone wears ID on a lanyard, Plain Lanyards come in a wide range of colours, and Personalised Lanyards can be printed with your logo and brand colours. If you want fully branded badges for a flagship conference or exhibition, our custom name badges can be printed to your design.

Once the event is over, the inserts slide out and the badges are ready for the next conference, meeting or exhibition. Reusing the same badge holders event after event keeps costs down, and when one finally reaches the end of its life, take it to your local recycling centre, since PVC isn’t collected in standard household recycling.
