This ribbon is compatible with the following printers: Datacard SD360, SD460, SP55, SP55Plus, SP75 and SP75 Plus

Please note that this ribbon was previously 552854-520 which has been discontinued, you may also need to update your firmware to use the replacement ribbon.

About the Datacard YMCKTK Colour Printer Ribbon

The YMCKTK ribbon comprises Yellow (Y), Magenta (M), Cyan (C), Black (K), Topcoat (T) and Black panels (K).

  • This ribbon allows you to print double sided (for use on compatible double sided printers only).
  • The YMC panels combine to print in full colour.
  • Tthe black resin panel is suitable for printing of black text and readable barcodes.
  • The topcoat panel provides some protection from fading and scratching.

This ribbon is used for double sided printing.

To maximise the quality and durability of your printed card, the lifespan of the printhead and the overall printer reliability, always use genuine Datacard ribbons. At ID Card Centre we only sell genuine ribbons!

It is also worth noting that printer ribbons typically have a shelf life of one year, when stored in the correct conditions (cool, dry and out of direct sunlight). Ribbons that are older or improperly stored are likely to cause problems such as ripping, imperfect printing and jamming the printer.
