HID iCLASS 2004PGGMN 32K Printable Smart Card
The HID iCLASS 2004PGGMN is a 13.56 MHz contactless smart card with 32 kilobits (4KB) of memory. HID splits that memory into a 16K section divided into 16 application areas, plus a further 16K of user-configurable memory. Each application area is protected by its own 64-bit diversified keys, so access control can run alongside cashless vending, time and attendance or stored biometric templates on the same card, with each application kept separate from the others.

Card and reader use mutual authentication and encrypted data transfer, so each confirms the other is genuine before any data moves. The cards work with HID iCLASS readers and support all existing HID card formats, including Corporate 1000.
The card meets ISO standards for size and thickness, so it runs through direct-to-card and thermal transfer ID card printers. You can print a photo, name and logo on either side to make one card that works as both a photo ID badge and an access credential.
If your site only uses the cards for a few applications, the HID iCLASS 2002PGGMN 16K/16 card has the same 16 application areas without the extra 16K of user memory.
How to Order
Each pack is programmed to order, so we’ll need your card format, facility code and the number range to start from. The easiest way to get these right is to send us the reference number printed on one of your existing cards or on the box. It’s usually 7 to 9 digits long, printed in the bottom right-hand corner when the card is held landscape.
If you’re not sure what you have, call us on 01604 422422 and we’ll help you identify it, or use our free card testing service. Because these cards are made to your specification, we can’t accept returns unless they’re faulty.
This product is made of PVC plastic which is not commonly recycled in the UK. It therefore cannot be disposed of in your normal recycling refuse collection.
We recommend taking it to your local recycling centre for a securer and more eco-friendly disposal.

To ensure that these cards are encoded correctly please provide us with the reference number printed on an existing card or box. This is usually 7-9 numbers long and is printed on the bottom right hand side of the card if held horizontally.
