As your organisation grows, you may find that your ID card production needs change. ID-ALL by CardPresso software offers upgrades from all editions, ensuring your software solution continuously meets your card design and printing needs. ID-ALL is available in four editions - Starter, Standard, Advanced and Expert. 

This user-friendly software is designed to work with all card printers, including Evolis, Magicard and Zebra, to ensure your ID card designs are printed exactly as you imagined. ID-ALL ID card software solution is also compatible with Windows and MacOS for full flexibility.

The Starter Edition is an ideal entry-level solution for small businesses, but upgrading can be beneficial for medium and large organisations. All software versions can access technical support to ensure plastic card printing is seamless and works for your business.  


Standard Edition

An upgrade on the basic Starter Edition ID card software, the Starter Edition offers a range of additional features. Increase your printing capabilities with extra large format card templates, improved editing options, and batch printing. Alongside this, you can improve your database connectivity from the standard internal database, with Microsoft Excel integrations.

For users who require encoding technology, the Standard Edition adds to 1D barcodes with 2D barcodes, QR codes and magnetic stripe encoding, and the Multidevice Plugin (sold separately) allows multiple users to access the software under one licence - ideal for large organisations and education campuses needing to print badges.


Advanced Edition

With even more advanced features than the Standard Edition, Advanced offers database upgrades with CSV and TXT, MS Access, SQLite, and Google Sheets connections. You can also easily create photo ID with facecrop tool for face recognition, colour background removal and multi-layout card designs. For additional security purposes, Advanced software allows for the use of signature acquisition, as well as UV and Fluorescent overlay ribbon panel customisation.


Expert Edition 

Expert edition is the ultimate solution for ID card printing. It offers smart card, contactless and RFID access control encoding capabilities, as well as MIFARE® DESfire® (encoding options not compatible with Mac OS X). This version of the software offers ODBC connection and MySQL databases, as well as the optional upgrade to connect to Active Directory Database if required. Alongside the signature acquisition capabilities of Advanced, Expert allows for fingerprint acquisition to increase your security to the highest level.
