Cardboard Name Badge Display Tray

Cardboard Name Badge Display Tray Overview

Registration at a conference slows right down when your team is hunting through a desk covered in loose name badges, and every badge laid out face up shows passersby who else is attending. This cardboard name badge display tray holds 50 sorted badges in one compact tray, so staff on the registration desk can find each one quickly and delegate names stay confidential until they’re handed over.

• Capacity: 50 name badges of any size per tray
• Material: Lightweight, crisp white cardboard
• Setup: Supplied flat packed and takes minutes to put together
• Reusable: Can be used across multiple events
• End of life: Completely recyclable

This is our best-selling eco-friendly badge display tray. On the day, it takes up less room on the reception desk than badges spread out flat, and once the event is over, it folds back down so a stack of them barely takes up any storage space.

We also stock ID badge boxes that hold three of these badge trays (up to 150 cards) to make transporting them to the event simple. If your event has sustainability targets, the trays and box can go straight into cardboard recycling afterwards, but we'd encourage you to reuse them for your next event.

For a venue that runs registration week in, week out, the metal name badge display tray is built for that kind of heavy, repeated use.

Add A-Z badge organiser cards to split the tray alphabetically, and your team can go straight to the right section the moment a visitor gives their surname.
