ID-ALL is the new ID card design and printing software from CARDPRESSO. It replaces cardPresso, which is being retired: bug fixes end in mid-2027 and technical support ends in mid-2028. The Trade-Up and Trade-In programmes let you move to ID-ALL at a reduced price.

Trade-Up: for cardPresso users

Available to anyone with a current or previous cardPresso licence. Choose the option that matches your cardPresso edition:

  • cardPresso XXS Lite or XXS to ID-ALL Starter
  • cardPresso XS to ID-ALL Standard
  • cardPresso XM to ID-ALL Advanced
  • cardPresso XL to ID-ALL Expert

Trade-In: for users of other ID card software

Not a cardPresso user? If you use another ID card printing software you can trade it in for ID-ALL Standard, Advanced or Expert. Choose the edition closest to the software you use now.

How to claim

  1. Place your order. In the order comments, give us the name, edition and licence number of the software you are replacing.
  2. Return your old software package to CARDPRESSO, including any USB keys and licence codes. We will confirm where to send it.
  3. Your ID-ALL licence is supplied as an e-licence.

Need a higher edition?

Trade up or trade in to the matching edition first, then add an ID-ALL edition upgrade. For example, cardPresso XS to ID-ALL Advanced is the XS to Standard trade-up plus the Standard to Advanced upgrade.
