The Evolis Badgy200 ID Card Printer Bundle utilises direct-to-card dye-sublimation printer technology which allows the printer ribbon to come into direct contact with your cards. It offers resin thermal transfer technology which applies ink to the film, which then gets thermally applied to your cards.

The Badgy 200 prints cards in extreme high-quality — you are able to print your unique designs up to an astonishing 300 dpi resolution consistently. Producing 95 colour cards per hour and 325 monochrome cards per hour, simply create designs to your requirements with Evolis Badge Studio Software that comes with the printer. Product Overview


The Evolis Badgy 200 single sided printer is low-cost, high-quality, and can produce personalised plastic cards to your requirements. With a colour ribbon, you can print full colour intricate graphics and any company details such as logos, text, barcodes onto your photo ID cards.

With a 25 capacity card hopper for 700 micron cards, you can print quality cards on demand. The printer is smaller than most card printers, so ideal for placing on a desktop or at a receptionist workspace. Its footprint is smaller than an A4 piece of paper, and its small size makes it ideal for printing small batches of cards instantly whilst still having space for a Kensington security lock.

The Badgy 200 ID card printer comes with 100 free cards, so you can start producing your designs straight away. You can print single sided standard cards with the click of a button, meaning you can produce badges as you need to and issue them straight away. Simply load the cards into the printer once you have completed the initial set up, and begin printing.

YMCKO Ribbon


Alongside the cards, the Badgy 200 also comes with a ribbon that is suitable for printing up to 100 cards. This ribbon is made up of five panels: Yellow (Y), Magenta (M), Cyan (C), Black (K), and Overlay (O). The colour panels are heated to various temperatures to produce different shades, which are layered to create colourful graphics such as logos, photo ID, icons and more.


To ensure you can continue printing seamlessly once your ribbon is fully used, we stock several ribbons compatible with the Badgy 200.
