ExpoBadge Butterfly Event Badge Fanfold Labels (500 Pack)

ExpoBadge fanfold labels are built for printing double-sided event badges on demand, so walk-up visitors at a conference or exhibition get the same full-colour badge as delegates who registered weeks ago. Each label folds along a central perforation into a butterfly badge. On the adhesive versions, the two halves stick together into one thick, tear-resistant pass, while the glue-free options drop the adhesive and backing paper altogether for events with sustainability targets.

Epson C4000e Inkjet Label Printer

Most event badges are printed using thermal badge printers, which can only produce results in black and white. The Epson CW-C4000e uses inkjet technology to produce full-colour double sided badges. With economical ink consumption, this printer offers cost-effective badge printing on-demand.

ExpoBadge Butterfly Badge Labels

With a range of badge sizes available, ExpoBadge products offer tear-resistant event passes that can be printed before your event or during onsite registration. These specially developed butterfly type labels are made from FSC® certified tear resistant paper, allowing for on-demand badge production with no fuss.

The badges are double sided and print in full colour, with a perforated crease allowing for easy folding.

There are two types of ExpoBadge labels: tear-resistant paper badges with adhesive backings, or tear-resistant badges without glue. Both types are ideal for onsite badge creation, but have differences.

Adhesive backing labels print badges in full-colour edge to edge, but when printing on glue-free labels, there will always be a white border due to the technology of the Epson label printer.

Both badge types are made from extra sturdy and tear-resistant paper with a thickness of no less than 340 microns.
