The HID Signo reader supports high-frequency technologies and is capable of interoperability with more than 15 technologies including Seos, HID Mobile Access, MIFARE DESFire EV1/EV2, iCLASS, and more. 

The access control reader is designed to meet present-day access control needs when new needs, configurations, or threats arise. This includes new features such as mobile access capability, easy migration from Wiegand to OSDP, and the ability to upgrade to future technologies when needed.  

HID designed the Signo reader using a hardware platform to make sure the Signo readers are compatible with future technologies and come with a touch keypad to ensure reliable performance for rugged conditions such as outdoor mounts and harsh environments.  

The readers can conveniently be managed remotely without making physical contact with the device. This feature allows the user to dynamically respond to updates, configurations, or any threats that may arise.
