About the Magicard Rio Pro and Rio Pro Duo HoloKote Key

For enhanced visual security, Custom HoloKote enables an organisation to implement their own personalised logo or other security design. Custom HoloKote is printed in a grid pattern across the card surface.

The HoloKote Custom Key prints your custom graphic into the overlay panel during the normal card printing cycle, providing protection from forged cards. HoloKote repeats your custom image in a frosted image that is invisible when viewed normally. When flexed or held at an angle to direct light, your custom HoloKote image is clearly visible.

Your custom image is encrypted and electronically stored onto the Custom Key so that duplication of your image is not possible.

The HoloKote Key and Additional HoloKote Key are available with a printer locking feature so that your Rio Pro and Rio Pro Duo ID card printer can only be used when this key is in place.

The additional HoloKote Keys are duplicates of your original HoloKote Custom Key, details of which will need to be provided before purchase.
