Magicard MC200YMCKO 5 Panel Colour Printer Ribbon

Magicard MC200YMCKO Colour Printer Ribbon

The Magicard MC200YMCKO is a full colour YMCKO ribbon made for the Magicard 300 ID card printer, giving 200 single-sided prints per roll. Each card uses one set of five panels. Yellow, magenta and cyan dye print the photo and colour design, black resin prints sharp text and barcodes, and a clear overlay seals over the top. That overlay protects the print against daily wear and tear, so staff ID and photo ID cards stay readable for longer.

• Part number: MC200YMCKO
• Ribbon type: YMCKO full colour
• Prints per roll: 200 single-sided cards
• Compatible printer: Magicard 300
• Brand: Genuine Magicard

Every print uses a full panel set, however much or little colour the card design has. That makes the 200-print roll a good fit for smaller runs, such as issuing cards to new starters through the year. For larger runs, the MC300YMCKO gives 300 prints per roll for the same printer. If your cards only need black text and barcodes, a monochrome ribbon brings the cost per card down further, which can be found along with the rest of our Magicard 300 printer ribbons here.

Magicard recommends genuine ribbons in its printers to keep print quality consistent from the first card to the last.

Run a Magicard cleaning kit at each ribbon change to keep dust off the printhead, so every card on the new roll prints cleanly.
