Magicard 300 ID Card Printer (Single Sided / Double Sided Options)

This is the Single-Sided or Double-Sided (also known as dual sided) Magicard 300 ID card printer. The single-sided feature allows you to print your unique card designs on one side of the card with ease. Alternatively, the dual-sided version allows for printing on each side of the card. Simply add text, branding, QR codes photo IDs and much more. Featuring advanced direct to card technology, this allows the printer to heat up it's printhead which comes into direct contact with your cards surface. Additionally, the rewritable technology erases your old designs allowing for your new designs to be printed, helping you become more cost-effective. Ideal for medium-sized businesses that print regularly.


With the ability to print up to 160 cards (Full Colour) and 720 single sided cards per hour (Monochrome), you can quickly create reliable ID cards whilst scaling your production needs. The Magicard 300 is designed for high printing quality with your plastic cards. Card printing has never been easier when it comes to creating smart cards. We offer optional upgrades such as a magnetic stripe encoder, perfect for writing data on the back of your cards. Alternatively, you can choose a smart card encoder which serves great as access control cards due to the embedded chip.


The Magicard 300 printer comes with HoloKote® technology which adds watermarks over your cards to prevent fraud. Moreover, the digital shredding feature erases any data after a print job which prevents any data being stolen.


The set-up time is minimal due to the user-friendliness of this printer. Easily batch print your custom designs based on your printing needs. The Magicard 300 comes with both input and output hoppers, allowing you to insert and catch your cards with ease. Every Magicard 300 integrates with existing network via USB.

Magnetic Stripe Encoding


Encode your magnetic stripe cards during the printing process. Compatible with use of HiCo Magnetic Stripe ISO 7811 cards.

Contact/Contactless Encoding


Add access control to your cards with smart card encoding. Ideal for technologies like contact chip, DESfire, MIFARE and HID iCLASS®.

Dual Technology Encoding


Allows both HiCo Magnetic Stripe ISO 7811 cards and contact chip, DESfire, MIFARE and HID iCLASS® cards to be encoded.

Security Features and Digital Shredding


Digital shredding is a type of technology that removes any data after the print job has finished to avoid a data breach from occurring. Additionally, the standard HoloKote® feature adds a watermark on every card you choose, preventing duplication.

What cards does the Magicard 300 support?


The Magicard 300 works with CR80 cards (86 x 54mm), specifically PVC as well as paperboard if you're feeling more eco-friendly. It also offers rewritable technology, allowing your CR80 cards to be re-used, saving you money. Depending on the specification of your printer, it can also work with magnetic stripe cards and smart cards.




Does this printer offer dual-sided printing?


The Magicard 300 offers dual-sided printing meaning both sides of the card can have printed designs on them. We are offering a free upgrade to the double-sided version in case you ever need this feature.




What operating systems work with this printer?


The Magicard 300 is compatible with Windows 7, 8, 10, 11, MacOS and Linux, giving you flexibility with your operating systems you have.
