Evolis ACL006 Adhesive Cleaning Card Kit for the Avansia (Pack of 5) 

The Evolis ACL006 adhesive cleaning card kit is designed to keep the Evolis Avansia card printer performing at its best.  

What the ACL006 Adhesive Cleaning Card Kit Does 

The Avansia is a retransfer printer, which means the print process involves more contact points than a direct-to-card machine. Dust, debris, oil and ink residue accumulate on the transport rollers over time, and that build-up is the main cause of print quality degradation. The ACL006 adhesive cleaning card kit addresses that. 

Each card passes through the printer in the same way a standard card would, and the adhesive surface lifts contaminants off the rollers as it travels. Load them into the card printer as you would a normal card, select the cleaning cycle and the cards will move through the printer, removing all debris.  

The pack of 5 adhesive cleaning cards is sized at 54 x 90mm, matching standard card dimensions, so there's nothing to configure. Evolis recommends running one card through at every ribbon change to keep the rollers clear, protect the printhead and help prolong the life of your card printer. 

Compatible Printers and Product Details 


The ACL006 adhesive cleaning card kit is designed specifically for the Evolis Avansia card printer. It is the Avansia's dedicated adhesive cleaning solution and should not be substituted with cleaning kits from other Evolis ranges such as the ACL001 (for Evolis Primacy and Zenius models), which are built to different specifications.
