Evolis Avansia ID Card Printer 

Experience the Evolis Avansia ID Card Printer. This dual sided, premium retransfer ID card printer is ideal for producing high-quality ID cards with crisp, high definition images, printing micro text and watermarks, ensuring professional results every time. With a 600 dpi resolution, ensures every detail is captured, making it perfect for printing crisp text and vibrant images.

The Avansia is designed for efficiency, capable of issuing up to 144 cards per hour single sided and 96 cards per hour double sided full colour. It's also equipped with both input and output hoppers that each hold 250 cards. This large capacity is perfect for high volume print needs as it can print large batches of cards without frequent reloading ensuring deadlines can be met. The Avansia is extremely robust and provides high security features to prevent unauthorised printing. An RFID electronic key is required to activate the printer, and its removal deactivates the machine, ensuring it cannot be operated without proper authorisation. As an available option, a mechanical key lock prevents access to the consumables within the printer, ensuring unused stock is kept secure.

Like a lot of Evolis card printers, the Evolis Avansia Dual Sided Premium Retransfer Card Printer provides high quality results. It excels in printing on different types of cards, including plastic cards like PET, PVC, polycarbonate, ABS, and uneven surfaces such as clamshell cards. Its over-the-edge printing technique ensures that the retransfer film, which is larger than the card surface, covers the entire card, eliminating any white edges for a seamless finish.

The Evolis Avansia retransfer ID card printer is an extremely robust high security printer capable of printing premium print quality with crisp images and text, featuring over the edge printing as standard and a 250 card capacity input (card feeder) and output hopper.




Smart Card Encoding


With the Evolis Avansia retransfer card printer, you can upgrade with a range of optional encoders. Create dual sided printed ID cards with the dual smart card and contactless encoding options available. These can be used alongside different access control systems. If you require additional encoding options that aren't listed below, please do not hesitate to get in touch.


Magnetic Stripe Encoding


Encode your magnetic stripe cards with ease. Allows for programming of both HiCo and LoCo Mag ISO technology, featuring a 3-track encoder.

Elyctis Dual Encoding


The Evolis Elyctis dual smart card encoder allows you to programme contactless and contact cards with technologies including MIFARE® and DESfire.

HID veriCLASS®


Add dual encoding for HID contact and contactless ID cards. For use with some NXP systems and HID iCLASS® access control readers.

Safeguard Your Printing


The Evolis Avansia offers optional yet invaluable security features, ideal for those who work with sensitive data. Add a high security inbuilt RFID lock that secures the printer and reduces the risk of stolen cards, or use a Kensington lock to ensure the printer remains in place at all times. If you are using the Evolis Avansia expert printer in a financial environment, upgrade to a centralised locking system that prevents cards, ribbons, and films from being accessed by unauthorised people.

Printer Upgrade Options


Add durability and security to your PVC cards by upgrading to the Card Lamination Module (CLM). Alongside the retransfer technology, the CLM adds another layer of lamination, ensuring your printed cards are designed for rigorous use. This module also adds the capability to add details such as micro-text, 2D codes and security UV (light) features for customized projects and to produce high-quality secure cards.

Compatible Ribbons


The Evolis Avansia has a range of compatible consumables and accessories including YMCK ribbons, clear transfer films, and single colour ribbons.
